Everything a Chamber Conference Should Be.
Nothing That Makes It Hard to Attend.
We heard you: Chambers want a conference without the travel, the hotel, or a ticket price that
risks putting it out of reach for some Chambers.
So that's exactly what we built, and we gave it a home on the one day that's actually yours:
Chamber of Commerce Day.
A day appropriately tucked inside Small Business Week, it's the ideal time to bring you this event,
and we're doing that through:
-
Dynamic training and conversation with Chamber leaders from coast to coast to coast

-
Learning a six-step recipe to success from one of Canada's favourite entertainers, Alan Frew.

-
Turning his keynote into a Small Business Week event for your members.

Chamber of Commerce Day is worth more than a passing mention.
Is today the first time you're hearing Chamber of Commerce Day is a real thing?
Many have never heard of it and that's exactly why we should be celebrating it!

Workshops + A Keynote.
Attend one. Attend both.

First: Workshop Sessions hosted by chamber leaders, for chamber leaders.

Panel discussions with real chamber-world voices, including Hot Seat, Live, covering strategic planning, AI, revenue building, member engagement and more.

Come with what's on your plate.
Leave knowing what you're doing next.

Second: An Event You Can Bring Members To
Closing out the day is Alan Frew, Glass Tiger frontman and author of The Action Sandwich: A Six-Step Recipe for Success by Doing What You're Already Doing.

His keynote serves up his recipe for success, and yours to take home and put into action. It's built on one idea:
You don't need a bigger plan, you need to act on what you're already capable of.

Will he also sing? Absolutely!

Bonus: Invite your members and turn it into a Small Business Week event they're sure to go out of their way for!
Each session builds on the one before it and includes Hot Seat, Live, each followed by a brief, optional networking break for anyone who wants to keep the conversation going.

State of Chambers In Action
Recipe for building a modern chamber.
Opening Chamber Day is Rhonda Tulk-Lane, CEO of the Atlantic Chamber of Commerce, one of the most amazing people we could think of to kick things off!
Helping us set the tone for the day:
"What does a successful chamber look like?"
She'll walk you through the answer, including working with us on solutions for real chamber challenges we hear through Hot Seat, Live! This isn't just theory or inspiration. These are ideas practical enough to actually hold up in your own chamber.
About Rhonda: She's also a Director with the Chamber Accreditation Council of Canada and recognized as an Atlantic Business Magazine Top 50 CEO.

Chamber AI Tools In Action
Recipe for using AI to save you time and money.
This session leaves you with a straight answer to:
"How can AI move my Chamber faster and better?"

Founder of Hello Chamber, Tara Lehman, will walk you through real-time examples of how AI can help your chamber, highlighting how much easier chamber work
can be now vs. pre-AI, for those who learn how to use it strategically, ethically, and without compromising the human touch.
Result: You'll be able to use what you learn to build upon what you explore in these Chamber Day sessions, and no, you don't have to be tech-savvy to benefit from it!

Revenue In Action
Recipe for Telling Your Chamber's
Story In A Way That Secures Revenue
Speaker Panel TBA

Your Chamber's story does more work than most Chambers give it credit for. Told well, your story can make a prospective member join, give a current one another reason to stay, and help funders, sponsors and stakeholders see why you're worth investing in beyond membership dues.
This session brings in web design, social media, and chamber storytelling experts to show you how the way you show up both online and in-person is directly tied to attraction, retention, and revenue.

Strategy & Leadership In Action
Recipe for building and leading unstoppable plans.
Every Chamber has a plan somewhere, on a wall, in a slide deck, in someone's head. The harder part isn't writing it, it's leading it: getting a board to actually commit and staff (if the chamber has any) to turn big goals into priorities you can realistically act on.

With VP of the Smoke Lake Regional Chamber of Commerce and co-founder of Unstoppable Partnerships (Michelle Wright), as well as other speakers TBA, this session works through strategic planning and leadership in real time.
Bring your own challenge, and leave with an actual next step, not just notes.

Keynote with Glass Tiger frontman,
Alan Frew
Six-Step Recipe For Success by Doing What You're Already Doing.
Showing up with his comedic Gordon Ramsay meets Deepak Chopra style, Alan brings the keynote to life with humour, straight talk and, yes, a live set featuring music you're sure to recognize!

AND MEMBERS CAN JOIN
It's the best kind of event: One you don't have to plan!
It's a ready-made Small Business Week event that's very likely less expensive than another event you could plan.
Heck, put it on the big screen and turn it into a watch party!
Hot Seat, LIVE!
Submit your challenge for a shot at our speakers
helping you work through it in real-time.

Every Chamber has one: the challenge that needs
solving but haven't been able to crack.
Hot Seat, Live is built for exactly that.

Every session has time built in for speakers to help with challenges real chambers are facing. It's hands-on problem solving, and while we can't guarantee every submission makes it to the Hot Seat, we'll do our best!

FAQ
- Is Chamber Day Live fully virtual?
Yes, it runs entirely on Zoom. No travel, and no full day away from a desk that probably can’t spare you anyway.
- Does the workshop pass include both parts of the day?
No. For that you require the VIP Pass.

- Are the workshop passes transferrable to another name if the person/people registered needs to change dues to availability, etc...?
Yes, that is possible. We just ask that you let us know in advance so we can ensure the name logging in is one that we recognize as registered.

- What is the difference between Workshop, VIP, and Keynote Membership Passes?
-
Workshop Pass admits one named individual (group pass admits 4 people)
-
VIP Pass admits one named individual to the workshops & keynote. (group pass admits 4 people)
-
Keynote Membership Pass admits your whole membership to Alan Frew's keynote.
- Can our membership attend the workshop sessions?
No. These are chamber-specific trainings, so your membership wouldn't receive high value from them. If you have a member that would like to attend, please reach out to us.
- How can members watch Alan Frew's keynote?
We send the Zoom link for you to send to members. They can watch it from the comfort of their home/office OR you could invite them to your board room or another venue, put the event on the big screen and host a Watch Party!

- What if my submitted challenge isn't chosen?
Only a handful of challenges are worked through live each session, so we can't guarantee every submission makes the stage — but you'll still get the full session, and you'll know well ahead of the day whether yours was picked. Complimentary calls to discuss your challenge or anything at all can be booked with Tara of Hello Chamber HERE.

- Will the sessions and keynote be recorded?
Yes, they will be accessible here on this website within 24 hours.
- What's your refund or cancellation policy?
7 days' notice required for a refund.
