A low-risk, fast-action way to cut through the noise that slows opportunity identification and decision-making.
There are two paths:
1/ Self-paced road map
2/ Facilitated half day or full day session
Both lead to a 90-day strategic plan that's ideal for starting somewhere versus nowhere, especially if you haven't done strategic planning in a while and have a limited time.. Outlining realistic and measurable goals you can put into play immediately, now you have breathing room to decide where to invest your time and funds next.

Self-Paced Sprint

Ideal for time and/or budget crunched organizations,
the result is a short, streamlined plan that allows you
to take charge internally without the added cost of a facilitator.

This sprint includes:

- Two one-hour Zoom calls with your team (one at the beginning, one at the end)
- A fillable PDF with guided questions to help me build
your plan

- A formal 90-Day Strategic Plan based on your answers and our calls
​
- Optional Post-Sprint Support

Option #2
Sprint Intensive
​
Half Day or Full Day
​
Best for teams seeking a time-boxed session that
is more structured and interactive. The benefit of this option is that it allows me to provide a more
in-depth plan vs. self-paced.

This sprint includes:
- Pre-Sprint Discovery
One-hour Zoom call in advance of the session to help me understand your current challenges, strengths and goals.
- Half-Day or Full Day Online Session
We ideate with frameworks that draw out fresh thinking, a S.W.O.T analysis, snapshot of how to realistically step into a lengthier plan and more.
- Formal 90-Day Strategic Plan
When the session ends, the action begins. You’ll receive your plan in a slide deck and PDF, based on our discussion and ready to launch instantly.
